YUSBOX operates a fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem backed by SKYWORTH's 30+ years of production heritage. Our PCB amplifier SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line covers 2,500 square meters, equipped with the most advanced automated pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
We maintain full control over the entire amplifier production chain — from bare PCB to finished, tested amplifier modules — ensuring consistent quality and eliminating dependency on third-party suppliers.
R&D Engineering Team
Our 11 dedicated audio engineers bring 5-20 years of experience in the speaker and amplifier domain. They work directly with your brand team to translate custom requirements into production-ready designs, ensuring your specifications are fully met at every stage.
We are ISO9001:2015 and BSCI Grade B certified. Our manufacturing shop is dust-free, and each production line has 2 dedicated QC inspectors.
In-House Horn Driver Production
Unlike most manufacturers who outsource driver components, we produce our own horn drivers in-house. This vertical integration gives us complete control over acoustic performance, consistency, and cost — advantages that directly benefit your branded products.
